INFORMATION:Human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is a coinhibitory receptor expressed by activated T cells, memory T cells, Treg cells and NK cells. It binds ot CD155(PVR) and less avidly to CD112(PVRL2).
