Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: ARH-77 (B-lymphoblastoid cell line)
Specificity: Antibody BU63 recognizes the CD86 molecule of 80 kd (3).
Functional Application: Antibody BU63 blocks MLR and blocks binding of soluble CD152-muIg fusion protein to CD86.
